SC10
November 16, 2010 - November 18, 2010
Ernest N. Morial Convention Center
New Orleans, LA
Nineteen member organizations of the Ethernet Alliance came together at SC10 in New Orleans for an unprecedented live multi-vendor, multi-technology interoperability demonstration. As the international conference for the high performance computing (HPC), Networking, Storage and Analysis, SC10 proved to be a valuable venue to demonstrate the latest in Ethernet technologies and applications. The demonstration at SC10 featured equipment from: Amphenol, Broadcom, Brocade, Chelsio Communications, CommScope, Cisco Systems, Dell, Emulex, Force10 Networks, Fulcrum Microsystems, Intel, Ixia, JDSU, Mellanox, NetApp, Panduit, Spirent, and Volex. Leading the testing set-up was the University of New Hampshire InterOperability Laboratory (UNH-IOL), an independent provider of broad-based testing and standards conformance services for the networking industry.
Visitors to the Ethernet Alliance booth(#4513) were able to view equipment from multiple vendors supporting a comprehensive technology demonstration that included 10GbE, 40GbE and 100GbE as well as converged traffic including Fibre Channel over Ethernet (FCoE), iSCSI, iWARP, RoCE and others.
